Rental conditions



Unless otherwise agreed upon, our prices are weekly, calculated from 3:00 pm of the arrival day to 10:00 am of the departure day. It includes electricity, gas, water, change of linens and towels once a week.Cleaning is calculated separately and is on wednesday and saturday.

Charging of electric cars has to be paid seperately


To confirm your reservation we ask a deposit of 30% the total amount due to be transferred to:

Bank Account No.: NL29RABO 0394202295   BIC RABO NL2U (Rabobank Amsterdam), at the name of : van der Ham Cauwenberg, mentionig the name of the accomodation and rental period.

The balance must be paid at least 4 weeks before arrival date, indicating your name and reservation period with the payment.

We also ask a security deposit of €500, which can be tranferred on our bank account ot be paid upon arrival in cash.

For cancellations up to 8 weeks prior to arrival date we charge 15% of the rental pricd.From the 8th to 4th week prior to arrival date there is a cancellation charge of 50% of the total bill. For cancellations during the last 4 weeks prior to arrival date there will be no refund.
