This still is a relatively quiet, yet very attractive part of Italy, unspoiled by mass tourism.
Nearby Urbania is a lively 15th century place, ideal for strolling around, having a morning cappuccino or evening drink on one of the terraces you’ll find here. You can find many shops, bars, restaurants and even a theatre ( the one in Urbania is very beautiful) and cinema ( italian spoken obviously).
You can enjoy the local relaxing Mediterranean lifestyle,with its excellent kitchen and fine wine.
It is a great area for hiking, mountain biking or horseback riding. There are many lovely towns to visit (Urbino ,only 14 km away,is on the Unesco heritage list) , streams to swim in, and also the coast is only 40 minutes away.
But of course you can stay home and enjoy our large pool with a view as well
Villa Lasdrilla is a luxury vacation house, with a stunning pool, heated when necessary, four bedrooms all with private bathroom, air conditioning, a well equipped kitchen and internet.
It is located at the end of a gravel road, quiet with a view on the surrounding hills, but only 1,5 km from lively Urbania. A 20 minutes walk , for a large part on private road, or a two minute drive.
The house is fully electric, and when the sun shines, solar panels provide sufficient power .
It is surrounded by approximately 3000 m fenced garden.

Cleaning costs €220 per week, on wednesday and saturday.
Pool heating when requested:€25 per day.
Prices include bath and bed linen, water and electricity (excluding charging of electric cars), for electric cars there is a charging station. We presently charge €050/kWh.
We ask a €500 safety deposit.
